The opportunity came through my university internship with Tubudd in Vietnam. I took over Vietnamese source documents and early work prepared by a previous intern, then determined what could be carried forward and what needed rebuilding.
As I demonstrated what I could deliver, the scope grew and I took ownership of the website’s design and technical development. I implemented it independently while using feedback from the CEO, another developer and an external reviewer to shape the product.
The project became a lesson in designing for trust. Clear information was only part of the challenge; the website also needed to feel warm, credible and human from the first interaction.
